Laundry service is not clear. Bedsheets were stained and pillowcases had holes. Washroom set do not include towels. They should half the prices. No attention to details. The rooms weren't sound proof as they mention online.

Rooms stink, Impolite Staff, They offer higher category room when u book online and provide lower category rooms when u check in. Breakfast is really bad. No hot water supply during winters too. They keep saying that they are fixing the problem buy it never happens.

We stayed only one night at this lovely home stay, but we felt very much at home. The family is very sweet and helped us with printing papers, buying train tickets and answering all our quotation, we were even asked if we wanted to stay in our room for free a couple of hours after checking out, because our Train left late in the evening. One of the most helpful and friendly places we have stayed at in our two months of travelling in Delhi ...
