Disgusting hotel with some disgusting staff. The rooms were full of damp smell, when told staff to change the room, they refused. Even didnt let my frds come to my room to celebrate my bday.

Good enough but don't go high on floors for check in as there is great issue of ceiling and walls do have a great stain of ceiling

worst hotel ever.. the staff is so rude and basicaly d manager od whobso evr is that on recption. the worst guy i have ever seen in the hotels. dont know the way how to talk. you should fire him right away..

I had to call the reception a minimum of 4 times complaining about the air conditioning. It was so bad. It was not working even after being at the lowest temperature. I was so angry thinking about is this what i had paid for? In anger i called the reception at 2:30 am to mention that the ac is still not working and i will complain about the to the manger at the time of checkout and will mention about my stay in the review. the reception guy said he is sending the electrician. I was like are you serious at this hour of the night??

During check in there was only a single guy handling 5 guests at the same time. Everyone was so furious as he was not able to give the appropriate time to each one of us. I also work in the hospitality industry. You should know that there is rush on weekends. As soon as i entered the room and switched on the tv, it was not working. Had to call the technician for that. After the first flush, it also leaking. The spray jet pipe was leaking too from behind.

The technician came for the ac, checked the regulator which was at the lowest temperature.. He said "mai plant se temprature kam karta hu" and went away. I was in sweat the whole night. I had booked this room to relax and not to torture myself in the heat.

I am unable to understand that if you are charging a sufficient amount (1800 approx at booking and 564 for GST at check in) why don't you guys work on the betterment of your services??

I want a full refund for the awful stay i had at your hotel. I am also going forward and posting the same on your website and mmt app for marking it mmt assured. You guys are degrading your quality day by day.

Just visited the restaurant for dinner . It serves buffet and you can also order food.
The quality of food is good as compared to prices. Very nice ambience. Good place for family dinner and a great variety of drinks and food items .
