Trainers are not certified badal ...javaid ...and budhe uncle ..they are always busy in there own workouts and they dont know the names of exercises and what exercise hit to which muscles ! They always ask for personal training packages ... once i see there is a new trainer he is doing good he know his job but i don't know why the hell the owner dont give them permanent job ?? change your trainer !
