Machines wise ok ok but otherwise not that great. Trainers with aesthetic are on juice, so they will train you like you are on juice, which is not optimal for you if you are a natural.

Don't even think of joining this. You will be happy to joining gold gym for a yearly membership fee of 15k but ACs don't work, machines are broken. If anything goes wrong with machines don't even think of having getting those repaired or replaced. I have been a member for last 4 years but it had never been so bad. Name has Gold but services are plastic

Lack of support from the management. They promise you all of facilities at lower cost. What you get and what you are shown are completely different. Its only good for Personal training.

Gym has good facilities but now they are old and manitance is not up to mark. Some time you don't find all machine working. Trainer are more focus on personal coaching. Overall good for fit or fine persons.
