Worst Credit card ever, I have taken. I have ended giving them almost 35% for 1 year EMI with SBI Cards. They will not refund charges in any case. I am using other bank credit cards too from last 3 year but never faces such issue.

if u get customer care line and got the service good as well, u should buy lottery ticket that day, u will definitely win. Customer care team's behaviour and quality probably worst among the credit card care team.

One of the worst customer care experience I have had. You really have to be extremely lucky to get through to their tele executive. Their online care team is equally worse.

SBI card is riddled with a lot of fake calls. No sales representative provision in the automatic call number. Cannot resolve issues. Worst is that theses guys charge on redemption of points earned during use. I feel they are cheating the customers by making tall promises and thereafter leaving them in the lurch. Terrible after sales service.

Don't go with SBi Credit card . this is very bed services .
i am using sbi credit card last 3 year and i have issue from the starting .
this is a big scam running in India .Don't go with SBi Credit card ,
