very poor service centre. last month i submitted my laptop here because of the charging issue. it was not charging and there was no other problem. but they took almost a month to return it to me and that too damaged. they corrupted my recovery system and deleted all data on my laptop. and they never updated me on my request. it was me who was calling them everytime and they sometimes didn't even answer my call. would never recommend this to anyone. they even changed my laptop motherboard without even intimating or updating me.. does not even deserve one star.

I had two phones, one out of warranty and one within warranty. The phone which was out of warranty was repaired and given the very next day. While the phone with warranty is pending for past two weeks.
