Givving shipping charges to you is senseless

I ordered a backpack and a laptop sleeve that cost me around 2000, a month back. There is no sign of delivery till date and sadly the customer value is zero as i mailed them 'n' number of times to which i found no reply. Later the customer care number provided by them is also incorrect! Worst experience ever.
