Our stay was in every way outstanding. We have been in several other 5 star hotels in India but the Shangri La Eros was the best. Especially the staff, everyone very attentive, helpful and kind (with special thanks to Sanjeep for taking care of our luggage). We don't find such staff often in hotels. The breakfast buffet was huge and of high quality and the newly renovated suite was very modern and spacious. I even liked the gym. Overall an excellent hotel management.

Well I had attended a marriage function so I can only comment about the food. The food was great and service was very good. Also the decor and ambience of the hotel is beautiful.

There are many hotels by this name in the vicinity, so chances are Google Map may confuse you. This one is near India Gate. Hotel staff is courteous, efficient and charm. Food is made to the taste and is cooked really well.

Sneaked from office and went for a lunch date there.. It was a warm sunny day and the views from the windows were awesome... food was nice and the staff hospitable...

I went to attend a workshop which was organised by Indian chamber of Commerce (ICC). So, that was my second visit in a 5 star hotel(according to sources). I didn't know much about the five star hotels. So, when I went to washroom so the washroom was neat and clean. But when I entered so there was not any water gun to clean which we have in our washroom. So, that was weird for me. But my friend told me that it is a trend of five star hotels. That was awkward..
