One of the worst experience i ever had in booking a rental car .
I went to collect the car that i booked and i was supposed to pick it up at
11 am but because of Myles wonderful service i waited for 5 hours at some ford service centre for car.
I felt like an employee of Myles sitting in a service centre and waiting for the car.
Better book a car from other vendors rather then wasting your time and money on this Company.

I had a bad experience with the service provided by the Company. The vehicle was supposed to be provided with the fuel tank full but it was not. On asking the executive stated you deliver it back the same way. The vehicle was not clean from inside and had scratches / dents all around.
I had to wait for more than 1 hour on the road at 10:00 m in the night to return the vehicle. This is when I had informed the executive well in advance.
On returning the vehicle the executive informed me that the Security Deposit would be refunded in 2-4 business days. However when it did not happen, I called the Customer Care and was very rudely informed that it is mentioned on the website it will take 15-17 days for the refund. The Customer Care representative took my booking id, checked it, informed me and without waiting for a response just disconnected the phone.
