Pathetic Service ..their drivers don't turn up and doesn't bother to inform, u have to keep calling both driver and Pacific and both will not respond ..if u book Pacific be sure u won't reach on time or won't even reach..Never book Pacific

Google plz allow that option..
They are very bad at keeping up the commitment.
If u have around a day of buffer time for ur travel, please book this.

Third class service!! Car's AC, Tape was not in working condition.
Also, I had booked an cab from Mumbai to Pune, they, themselves upgraded the vehicle (may be the one I booked wasn't available) and then charged me for the upgraded cab. I told them that I don't need this bigger cab, as I am the only one traveling. Then in that case they told me to pay Rs.1000 cancellation charges.....
Total Nonsense!!
Poor quality, arrogance, bad service they have it all to fail and loose their goodwill in the market....
I don't recommend this service....Stay away from getting cheated....

On 3rd Feb 2017, I travel from Pune to Mumbai Airport using Pacific Travels cab service at 3am. By chance I took front seat next to driver, I saw him sleeping while driving just before entering to express way. I wake him up and also fired a lot and he mentioned that he did not had enough sleep and feeling sleepy. Then I drove the car for sake of safety of my family and mine. That stupid driver was sleeping on next seat throughout the drive till I reach Airport. Never opt for this taxi service.

Worst experience ever. This one deserves minus stars, oh wait why even stars ? They deserve some abusive words. So my experience is that my husband was traveling from Mumbai to pune and the car broke down in lonavla. They did not have any right quipments to fix it. He was stranded for 2 hours and missed his flight for which my husband had to pay 30k for another flight.
