My family used to be a regular customer at hind sarees due to good collection of ethnic clothes, sales persons are very cooperative.BUT sadly hind sarees has started to overcharge like hell.
I was about to purchase a party wear dress for my wife for 18000 but I thought of checking a nearby shop , to my shock I found the same dress , same quality at 12000 😂🤣😂🤣

Nice collection of clothes and good service. Sells men are very cooperative they will show you the best thing they have in their collection as per your request. They will respect you and give you full attention.

I would like to share my disaapointing experience with HIND. I had come to hind on the recommendation of the localities in PUNE. I was very confident that the services will be satisfying, but to my dismay, the staff was either not knowing the stuff they have in the showroom or they were not intrested to showcase whatever limited material they have for lehenga with them. Suddenly my eye struck a lehenga which i saw and finalized and as per the shop policy,the same need to be stitched by them and blouse by the customer. The staff asked me to come on Thursday, I anyhow went on friday that is today, and at 12pm i was at Hind, on arrival when the lehenga was shown, the zip quality was poor and also the length was large enough to ruin the shape of the lehenga. I explained the tailor about my requirements and asked him to replace the zip wd a good quality and also asked him to correct the length. The experience was very disappointing as i wanted the piece today, for which i even bunked my office only so tat i could collect the lehenga. The tailor refused to give the lehenga today and asked me to come tomorrow, for which i wasnt ready as from my experience i know that the work hardly takes an hour to get fixed, still the staff mafe silly excuses . I somehow convinced them to get it done atleast by 5pm to which they said 7 -8pm will be the time. I again requested them to makr it by 5 atleast, which again wud have wasted my time but its better to collect the lehenga thab visit the shop again and waste the entire day in laxmi road. When i came back on 5p.m. the lehenga again had stitching issues.I was disappointed again but coudnt do anythng as i am just a customer. The zip quality still was the same and dr was no change to the lehenga. The alterations kept happening gor atleast 6 times with the staff keeping me waited for almost 5 hours for the alterations to be done. Finally with the rude and disappointing attitude of the staff and fauling all dr attempts to get the lehenga shaped, which shows how inexperienced the services are with their customer satisfaction,i asked the staff to return my money as i reached the shop at 4.30 and it has been 8.30 with me giving up on my patience with the shop and the staff. I had wasted my entired day for finding a lehenga for myself, and today to have it shaped for myself, but the HIND people do not seem to value the emotions of people and the time one devotes to find that appropriate lehenga for themselves for tat special day. The staff kept lying tat the alterations are done , and wait for 5 minutes , their 5 minutes made me sit in the shop for more than 4 hours and still with 0 results. I was seriously heartbroken and shattered as O had chosen that lehenga for a special occasion and invested my vacation today just to have it in perfect shape . I would seriously recommend all the people, to never believe the staff word over dr, and also the tailor inexperienced in the field of sticthing led to the entire mess and wastage of time
