Its worst brand I ever experienced . We bought a shirt there, within 1 wash holes appear on it. when we went to shop to complaint about it , they have given email-id and said give your complaint here. We didn't get any response for that for almost 1 month . So we visited the Phoenix Mall Shop again they said we need confirmation on mail . Send reminder over the mail . Now 2 months left still we didn't get any response on it . Shop Manager was saying it 2nd largest brand. But as per out experience ...Its waste of money and time ..They don't care about customer. Its worst than a road side shop.

Very poor staff management, no body want to help you in finding and holding your stuffs.
But my experience is with delhi and Chandigarh Zara is amazing only Pune have third class management.

What you dream to wear , will find it here with even more better size and shape. Design of the cloths here is unique and everyone should have a jacket from this place.
this comes to the way when you can afford it. Some cloths are good here but some are almost not affordable. Not all of the T shirts are of good quality.
Jackets. shoes , suits , shirts will good here.
