The place gets very crowded, number of admissions are not controlled as per amount of space and machines available. the staff does not pay attention if you are doing exercise wrong unless you subscribe for personal training. The only good thing is that the machines are ok.

Budget friendly with variety of machines for workout. Only thing is after 7:30 AM onwards there is too much rush in gym.

Very good place to workout ..Cheaper than other gym around with good facilities, has all equipments ..Crowded during evening and morning .. has a Olympic size swimming pool if you are interested and also aerobics room, squash room. They also conduct zumba , dance routine for exercise weekly including yoga..

Good instruments are available. Guide is very supportive. A bit crowd has been increased since last few months. Place is good to build a perfect muscle.
