Genuine review - I found the trainers very rude. Especially the head trainer / manager. Trainers should not be like that. But there is a senior female trainer, who is very nice and helpful. Small floor space and very crowded during morning and evening hours and so you have to wait long to get your turn on the equipment. Morning and evening time is what working class people will have to spare for gym. I think most people who join here only stay for the first couple months and then leave. Bad experience joining here. Will never recommend to anyone.

Very nice atmosphere.. There are always 4-5 trainers on the floor.. And they are really friendly and take care of your workout..
There is nothing much to complain about.. Just the floor is a bit small..
Value for money is 10/10..

An old school gym with all the amenities and knowledgeable trainers. Perfect place to workout and get your body in shape.
