Awesome for back trouble. If a doc recommends surgery , however minimal invasive it might be, for spondylosis or anything to do with the vertebrae, I recommend that u try the kabir baug therapy atleast for a few months before u decide to go under the knife... U may not need the surgery at all. They also have a lotta of patients for knee and other issues.
