My father goes to this gym since last 2 years. He is over 72 yrs old. He loves the equipment, the staff (who are well-informed and very encouraging) and the focus on needs of every member, even a sr citizen, and the wide-range of fun activities they offer with a focus on real fitness.

Well maintained & clean place. Very well lighted and NOT conjested. All the equipments are in excellent condition. Though not option g for personal trainer initially instructors are there to guide you always and take care of your minute postures during excersice. Personal trainer is best if you have agressive targets to meet.

One of the best gyms in pune. It has got best trainers, and state of the art gym instruments. The trainers are very helpful. ,The group classes are interactive and well managed.

Please be very careful before going for annual or 6 month membership. Everything is show. Equipments are good. Many times trainers will not even look at you. You have to constantly nag them for asking basics. Staff is not professional.

They are running money making machine, making fool of people, annual charges are more than gold gym and service pathatic, some of the trainers are good but if you want to get appointment for diet and exercise with those you have to pay seperate charges...really..after payment 16k bucks i have to pay for diet plan..when you buy the package they will sir everything is available trainer will help you nutricianist will give plan your diet nd hightly proffesional trainer will create your plan time to time as you want but its not true. Dont buys 1month plan for the sake of checking facility and service..they will treat you very well ,call you if you skip someday and motivates you ,help you, please you and convince to buy long membership but after taking membership nobody cares you exist or not. Invest your money wisly i would suggest dnt buy annual membership.
