Seems good. But the claim by the people there that this is first of a kind setup in Pune was somewhat underwhelming. There is a limit to brag and that too incorrectly.

The fees are cheap but the equipments are not very well maintained, the gym is crowded at peak hours, so much as you cannot work out. The trainers here are quite helpful, but with the crowd they cannot attend everyone.
