This is a complex in the center of the Chandan Nagar, It's a sort of a hub which has all the shops be it for kids or adults. Parking is a problem. There is no parking structure though. Overall it's mostly used as a landmark

The shops here are not very trendy. Economically priced but quality of products not so good.

Big commercial space, not clean though. Has a boutique, cloth store, mobile store, pathology. The best part is you can get hot breakfast from 5.00am in morning every day. Idli, wada, disa, uttapa. At a really cheap price.

It's a commercial and residential complex. There are many shops and offices in complex such as tattoo making, beer shop, clothes store, electrical shop, clinic etc. And rates are also reasonable.

The whole Chandan Nagar is known for the reasonable rates and this mall is known for it as well... Nothing great to mention
