I went yesterday to your kowdiar branch to get bright blocks by a brand called ekta. Some of the staff was clueless and another lady wearing a uniform (Pant and shirt), cut throat told me that such stuff is not available here. I told her before you tell me it's not available at least confirm with your inventory or try to ask once again and reconfirm. I showed her the pic of the stuff I had bought previously from your kazhakootam branch and she said "ohh we have it but it's made by a company called ekta and we only know that" . I said you were very haste to say that it's not there. Her so called ego got hurt. And the way she huffed and puffed and went off. My goodness it's as I the "beggar" has entered "her highness Palace" and I was doing her a huge favour by buying stuff from your store. I was so pissed that I didn't want to spend a minute there. I went to your kazhakootam store and bought what I wanted. Its only because I had to get this particular brand and product for someone I did business from your store. Your customer service at your kowdiar branch is pathetic and I hope people see these reviews(which I see are many) and totally avoid your shop unless you do something about this. Its because of attitude like this you guys will never be able to keep up with competition.

Good collection. But no deals are available. Competitors offer good discount on consumables. But here no discounts were offered. All MRP only!

Although this is a kids shop they are not customer friendly. Once we purchased a baby seater and wanted to exchange it. The staff was just plain rude ( especially one guy in particular) and would not even help in taking the exchanged item to the car. Its like they don't even need any customers. They don't have seats for the parents or kids to wait while shopping..which can be very difficult when mothers are shopping with their kids alone.

A perfect place to shop for kids.. nice ambience with the relaxing music.. awesome customer service - delighted by the way they helped me find out the best option..
