Worst service center in whole Trivandrum the service quality is not good and the staff makes fun of customers never give it there I have given a complaint against them to Sony India

The Madona shop in Trivandrum, who claims to be an authorized service centre of Sony, is poor in customer service. They were contacted by us to replace the panel of our LED TV. They said they would call us once the panel is available. After one month of silence from their side, we called and they demanded 50% advance and hung up the call. We called again, which was picked up by another person who told that the panel is unavailable. We confronted by telling that why did they ask for advance, if the item is not available? He replied that, by mistake.
We are going to opt for other brands.
