Day 1: tests for Lasik;
Tests happened one after that other with very less waits in between.
I was impressed with the support from the staffs. The only concern was nobody explained what are the options I have and what kind of surgery are they going to do, couldn't meet the doctor. But my test results were looking good and I was given an appointment for lasik.

Day 4: reached the center at 1:40
Surgery is scheduled for 2:30.
Waited till 4:30 in between kept asking the staffs and they said I will be moved to the OT in "5 Mins" I really grew impatient and demanded an update, got to know that a cataract surgery is taking unusually long time.
In fact the issue was the OT table had some technical issues and with no technicians available the Eye specialist was trying to fix it himself and by 6:20 I stepped out requesting a refund.

My point: delays and technical issues can happen anywhere & anytime but, just be honest, tell the truth and find a solution professionally.

Perfect Combination of highly experienced doctors and nursing staffs.

Doctor Jairam and Kiran.... Can't thank you enough for what you have done. You saved my eye = saving my life.

Sister Jiji and the nursing team... you guys are simply great.... Very caring and punctual about medicines. Half of the credit goes to sister Jiji, initial 2 days were crucial since it was ' corneal ulcer+pseudomonasis infection ' and right after 2 days I could see a change.

Will be happily going home with both my eyes intact😎
