Fell in love with this place. The rooms are simple and comfortable. And the breakfast lunch and dinner spread is comparable to a 5 Star Hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. I'm so glad my tour operator booked this hotel. Will visit here whenever I return to Thiruvananthapuram.

wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the hospitality of the management. The breakfast buffet was really good. The restaurant has a wide variety of food choices both north and south Indian cuisines. overall had a nice experience. highly recommend .

Amazing experience. Really hospitable atmosphere. Rooms are quiet decent.The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, both south Indian and north Indian cuisines.The staffs especially in the restaurant and the reception exhibit typical Indian hospitality. Had a wonderful experience.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Breakfast were very good and delicious...
Rooms are cool while outside is very hot . Well maintained hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose This hotel next time as I have experienced warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew. Thank you

We stayed here over the weekend. We came here at 7:30am on Saturday morning only to find out that they have coolly ignore our early check-in request (at time of reservation) and have no room ready for us. After few quick angry exchanges with staff, they somehow managed to provide us a room that by luck someone was checking out of. Not a great start for our first stay here. Their breakfast buffet offered quite a good spread for ₹250. Rooms were clean, modern and comfy. They arrange cabs for day trips in a jiffy (little expensive cabs but very courteous drivers who know the locality very well). Room service is a little slow and portion/quantity was very small when we ordered veg curry through room service. I have given 4stars just for clean & comfy rooms, convenient location near railway station (10min by car, 2km), value for money, and courteous staff at reception.
