An old hotel. They have some decent facilities but nothing great. The conference Hall was quite neat. Parking spaces to be improved and made neater.

Buffet lunch not impressive. Staff needs more training to deal with guests and know the hotel rules better. Morning coffee not served as a routine,. They asked us to come for breakfast as it will be served there or they can find out if we could get it at 7am!! Very disappointed!! Can't recommend this hotel

The hotel situates near Pattom adjoining NH-47. Valet Parking available for customers. Hygienic and well maintained, while the restaurant is not very spacious. Felt Inordinate delays for serving food after giving orders .A suitable place for group stay and dining.

I stayed here with my wife n kids last year in October. Rooms are neat and clean. Thank You to All Staff for your Prompt Service. And Especially the Reception Staff they helped me for medical emergency. Don’t know the Receptionist name. But Thank You Very Much Madam. Food is Delicious. Buffet Area is Neat and Clean.
