Was here for a meeting and lunch. Facilities are good, staff were polite. Meeting facilities were really good. But the lunch was a disaster. It was not buffet. They tried to serve it so bread came after rice, rice without side dishes, melt ice cream etc. Not worth the money.

Nice upscale Hilton in central location... but I would not classify it as a 5-star hotel... but definitely a good place to stay if you are not looking for a resort style atmosphere.

Food is average. Never have any Kerala items from here. It doesn't taste good.
Also during the noon time, good luck getting a waiter to serve you if even the restaurant is empty.

Liquor is very expensive. Food is average. Especially the buffet, not worth the money in case one is a small eater. Staff are very polite and helpful...Went there again after a long time... Tables were not cleaned after guests left.. It took us half an hour to be served a drink, after a lot of confusion... The kid who served us compensated later on with excellent service... Choice of food on the menu and bar menu limited... House wine is offered for 400 bucks a glass, but was not available... 😬... 5 🌟? 🤔 😰

Had a small birthday get together with friends at the restaurant in the ground floor. The staff were very courteous (especially Mr. Mithun) and helpful and ensured that we were comfortable and felt at home. We are sure to come back
