Good gym with facilities but no commitment towards the members. Trainers are not coperative, they focus on only those who took personal training. Even they are free they just sit back & relax not even tell anything even we are doing wrong things. I left the gym after 6 months after taking one year membership. No one from the management enquired about this. If you know exercise i recommend this gym else....

One of the best fitness centre in trivandrum. Love their hospitality. Highly satisfied with their care. The ambience inside the gym is just amazing.

I've worked out here for a year in 2014 and later with a personal trainer (PT) for three months in 2017. Both were great experiences but you get the most out of it with PT. The trainers really take you through your paces and are very patient. Overall a great experience.
