I undertook a 5 days treatment and found it very effective. Highly professional service, clean and hygienic rooms, friendly staff, managed by a knowledgeable and down to earth Doctor. Appropriate place if you are looking for authentic Ayurveda treatment. Will definitely go again.

I went in for a 2 week Detox, and felt great at the end of the treatment. Lost a few kgs and quite a few inches, felt light and absolutely in good health. Dr. Shalini knows what she's talking about, and has a great team too. I think her internal medicines also did me a lot of good. The person who did the treatment for me was very pleasant and courteous. Overall, a simple, down to earth place, if you're looking for a no frills, result oriented place at affordable prices.

Treatments at Saatwika Ayurveda treatment centre Trivandrum is excellent and effective. Now I am a regular visitor for Massages.Full body ayurvedic massage is a nice experience and beneficial for health.Which includes head massage, face massage ,foot massage and body massage and as on request they provide facial too.The place is very calm and almost hygiene .

It wasn't good. First of all the room is completely closed and suffocating. And the massage wasn't great.

I visited in Jan,'17. Well recommended Ayurveda treatment Centre. I did a seven day course treatment for my foot. It was a rejuvenating therapy. Treatment helped to treat all the internal inflammation and swelling between my joints. Special thanks to Dr. Salini and Manikantan. Will come here again for all body massage again. :)
