Very expensive...! From plamoodu to kochuveli railway station, they quoted me 550-650rs at 11.30pm. Double or nearly triple of what i pay. Gross!

Great experience.

I had to take a taxi at night as my train got to TRV late. The call centre person was very helpful and caring. He made sure I could identify the taxi outside the station, and he even called after some time to confirm that I'm in a taxi.

The taxi lady was great. She was professional, smiling, and she put on tasteful modern Carnatic music loud enough to hear, but quiet enough to not disturb.

The journey was metered and the price was right as estimated by the call centre person. There was no problem with giving me change.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and will use shetaxi again if I need.
