Have been to this place many years earlier and now. Significant changes in ambience and work staff. Food is good as always !!

Food is always tasty and without too much spicy. Even, reasonably priced. Ambiance also good.

One can get the best ambience right at this place in a radius of 5km towards the city. And sub-standard food with heavy pricing. So is the service. Can be good for parties. Otherwise a half to one hour of your time for eating 'light' food would be OK.

From the past two years I am staying in this hotel whenever I visit vizag on my company work. This time also I have got the room reservation confirmation three days prior to check in. But on the day and time of check in, they asked me to wait for 2 hrs. I don't understand the meaning of advance booking of room? Maintenance is going down day by day. I can't write in detail more than this. I felt very sad about the management. They have provided all the requirements but the staff is not able to provide the required things to customers. I am writing by taking some time from schedule to bring this issue to the notice of management to not loose their customers like us. Hope u will take care some forward steps to fix these type of suggestions?

The stay was good. Breakfast and the hotel service was great. Lovely interior designs, fitness room, parking space almost everything z available. Snacks provided in the room itself along with soft drinks. Simply superb.
