A. INDONATURE TRAVEL

Day 01
At your arrival to the airport of Denpasar, on the Island of Bali, our tour guide will pick you up to take you to the hotel and being able, on this way, to relax after the international flight.

Day 02
We will begin our tour around Bali by the area of Tegalalang, famous worldwide by its terrace rice fields. After making a stop at one of them to enjoy the views, we will proceed towards Sebatu Temple, in the district of Tampak Siring. The legends tells that the army of the God (Dewa) Indra won to the bad King Maya Denawa after the war which took place in the village of Tampak Siring. We will continue to Tirta Empul (discovered in 926 a. C. ), which waters are said to be holly for the hindus, who come here to do the ceremony of cleaning their mind through a bath in these waters, after praying as an excuse to their God. We will continue to Gunung Kawi Temple, a hindu temple complex with very nice carvings in stone.
We will finish our day tour with a visit to the Monkey Forest in Ubud.

Day 03
We will drive to Kerta Gosa, in the regency of Klungkung. It is known as the Justice Palace, built at the beginning of the XVIII Century by Dewa Agung Gusti and painted in Wayang style. Then we will drive to Goa Lawah, a famous tourist attraction by the thousands of bats which hang in the cave. We will continue driving along the coastal black sand beaches, to watch the manual process of salt making, taking water from the sea at 06:00am and depositing it in recipients of 100 square meters, which require around 2 hours to be filled by 2 persons. Finally we will proceed to our hotel in Candidasa.

Day 04
We will begin visiting the Ujung Palace, built in 1901 by the King of Karangasem, Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem, with Dutch and Chinese architecture, and the Water Palace of Tirta Gangga, built by the last King of Karangasem, a complex in a hectar but destroyed almost all of it by the eruption of the Agung Vulcano in 1963, and rebuilt with the Real Water Palace. We will proceed to the remote village of Tenganan (aborigin), built in base to what it is called 'six rays', which meaning is the harmony which exists between the human being, the ecosystem and God.


Day 05
We will visit Besakih Temple, the biggest temple of Bali and also called Mother Temple, in the regency of Karangasem, east part of Bali. It is a very beautiful destination due to its views to the sea. We will continue towards Kehen, the hindu temple situated in the regency of Bangli and dated from the XIII Century, and then to Penglipuran, a worldwide famous village because they still maintain the typical buildings and traditions from remote times. We will proceed to Kintamani, with its views to the Batur lake and vulcano. While we have lunch in a loccal restaurant we will be able to enjoy the views to the mountain and its fresh brise. From there we will drive to the traditional village in Ubud, where they still keep the Balinese traditions and where we will be able to interact with them!
While we have dinner, the villagers will prepare for us a representation of the traditional dance of Bali called "Genjek", more and more in fashion in Bali and which dancers are considered as artists, and are honored for this.


Day 06
After the breakfast with the Balinese family we will prepare ourselves for the lesson of Balinese typical food cooking in the courtyard of the house, where they will dress us up with a traditional sarong. But please it is important you to learn well because you all will eat what you have cooked!
After the lunch we will visit the Sekumpul Waterfall, a huge waterfall hidden in the nature of the tropical forest of Bali. For this we will do a 2, 5 hours trekking in the nature, making some short stops in local temples, crossing spectacular rice fields, vegetable gardens with ocean and hill views, and we will see the local farmers work in their rice fields on traditional way.
On the return way, we will cross some typical villages to watch the daily life style of the Balinese.


Day 07
We will say Good-bye to our adoptive Balinese family to drive towards the village of Jagaraga, where we will receive an interesting explanation about the Dalem Jagaraga Temple, of a great historical value, as it makes reference to the war in 1848 against the Dutch. We will make a stop at the Buddhist Temple of Vihara, in the village of Banjar. It is the biggest Buddhist monastery of Bali, situated in the hill at around 19km from the city of Singaraja, and where we will find many statues of Buddha as a contribution from Thailand and Sri Lanka.
We will then proceed to Bedugul, a worldwide famous destination due to its views to the Temple on the Beratan Lake and where you will want to make many photos. We will continue to Jatiluwih, valued by the UNESCO for its huge and lively green area, full of thousand of terrace rice fields, its palm trees, coconut trees. . . You will be able to enjoy these views while you enjoy in a local restaurant. Then we will visit Batukaru Temple, one of the biggest temples in Bali, situated in the Batukaru mountains and famous for its stone carvings and surrounded by the tropical forest of Bali. From Batukaru we will drive to the famous Tanah Lot Temple, which will leave us completely amazed by the marvelous colors produced at the sunset.


Day 08
Free day to enjoy from the idyllic Island of the Gods.

Day 09
