In my experience, it has excelent service in some area but still need to improve in the personels training. It is a hospital, Smile and Quick Responds should be the first. but what I experience is there are some nurses who are not really friendly to patients and their families. It doesn't mean that none of them are friendly enough, but In my opinion the unfriendly nurses and staff give the hospitals a bad name.
For the equipments, the toilets need to be renewable.

Hospital service ok, for surgery this hospital is very recommendend, but last day, I visited in 2017 maybe on July until Oct I've got unfriendly nurse service from class III.
And bad service for IGD.
I mean not very bad maybe its like late responding.
I have experience in 2016, nurse, doctors, all service is very very exelent...
I hope this hospital more better than this year..

Very expensive teeth scaling. 15 minutes work for 1,125,000 rupia.!!!
After scaling of my poor papuan friend's teeth for 15minutes, i shocked the price they collected.
I usually do scaling in thailand only 150,000 or 300,000 rupia with a very new comfortable facilities. Unbelievable high price with old facilities. I hope this is not rip off from poor people.
