This SPG property can be considered as well-maintained and the rooms were clean. More importantly, the hotel staff were all very friendly too. The breakfast selection was incredible as there was a huge variety of local selection and international fare. Also, it is
conveniently located with shops and makeshift local food-stalls in the vicinity. A major plus point was the very soft and comfortable bed which gave me a good night’s rest after a whole day out exploring the city. Keep up the good work, Sheraton Bandung! :)

Good hotel with quite new refurbishment condition. Housekeeping should be improved more. They don't replace things: tissue in the box is empty, no laundry bag, no slippers, and the towel felt as if it was not fresh from the laundry (damp, as if they were used by previous guests). Staffs seems a lot. You can see staffs everywhere. Positive points: the lobby is georgeous, all staff are nice and greet.

Stayed here for a night at executive room-pool view.. Quite nice, clean and big room.. Good international breakfast buffet.. Location is not really good, too far from bandung and its too crowded with public transportation.

I had memorable stay with my friends in this hotel. The back yard is beautiful, so green, refreshing. One most amazing of it is the buffet breakfast. The foods are well served. I love the pastries the most!

Was here for buffet dinner at the Feast last week. Food selection & service is above average. It would be excellent & deserve 1 more star if they allow made to order bbq chop rather than all well-done. Price is reasonable.
