The rooms are very nice, very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only down side we've discovered yet is that you are "forced" to order their food if you want to stay in and eat. You cannot have food delivered due to security reasons. Ultimately, I would stay here again no problem!

Best hotel experience in Indonesia. Above & beyond western standard. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, and staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Not so bad for kids because there's a kid's club with toys. The food is quite standard. The swimming pool can be crowded on long weekends because many families come to stay at the hotel.

The place is cozy.. Room, health centre, pool are all good.. The food is quite good.. But still, they should improve the taste.. They have free shuttle to drop u around sentul area..
