Conveniently located at the food center of the city. Lost of food to choose from within walking distance from hotel. But the soundproofing is not enough to cut noise both from the street cars and motorcycles as well as from the guests next door or in the hallway. Although the rooms have quite nice interior designs, the rooms are showing the need of small repairs -- chipped paints on some parts of the bathroom and interior wall. Overall is quite a good hotel for the price. The location wins big...

This hotel is like a money taker or gold digger. I've been charged twice for the room with the different amount. They requested a deposit for 500 IDR which is not written on the room policy and bargained up to 300 IDR. We didn't book the room with breakfast, however during breakfast they tried to give us the bill while we were eating as if we are not going to pay and it happened 2 days in a row. They were behind us with the bill as if we're not going to pay.
When we ordered in room dinning we have to pay directly because we don't put a deposit, same thing happened during breakfast, which was shown how unprofessional and lack of manner service.
During the check out, they let us go just like that without confirming with the housekeeping to check our room since according to them they need a deposit just in case there's a damage in the room during our stay which was so strange since they have been always behind us with the bill folder but during the check out they just let us go. And they only give us the credit card slip, not the hotel receipt.
They let people swimming with full clothes, this is not hygiene, at all.
Poor website, there's no customer service link.
Need to say no more, this is the worst experience ever, that I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing to be complained. The food was good (both for bbq party and breakfast). Reasonable hotel price with good quality hotel. Nice and very helpful staff. Emphasize, the child activity was great! My daughter even ask me to stay there another time.

Located near to center of City and Bogor icon Botanical Garden, but traffic jam is terrible. Overall is good for hotel facilities and food, the minus one is room is not silent because noise from outside room is very clear heard. For Moslem traveler, please be careful, since along main street very easy to find NON HALAL food

Quite a small pool, tends to get overcrowded in certain hours. The room is very nice though, in my opinion, is quite small. The bathroom, AMAZING. Everything is strategically organized in a way that you can use every angle possible. The tap actually has hot water! The service is also one of the best that I have seen in a hotel, but I would say that the restaurant's prices (You only get free breakfasts) is quite expensive. But, this hotel has a wide variety of, not exactly restaurants, they're more like street food. If you're one for a local cuisine kind of trip, this is the place for you. I recommend going to places on foot here, except for going to the town, because parking is quite hard to fine.
