The hospital management should review the SOP especially for pharmacy services.
It is better if they update the system or app so it can integrate between registration, lab, doctor, cashier, pharmacy, etc.

This place is good lot of specialist doctor, especially for children and also this hospital can use BPJS insurance

This is good hospital, but sometimes patients didn't know what to do next. Doctor directed me to do blood test at hospital lab, but didn't say anything about what to do after it. Since the lab said it was no blood problem I thought I can go back home. I thought there were some 'online link' between the doctor and the lab. But actually, I need to show the paper from the lab to the doctor. I knew it when I already at my home...

It changed from RSIA to general hospital. Quality and service is decreasing. Still visiting here because our doctor is doing his practice in this hospital. It totally crowded, not children friendly anymore.
