The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked them for non smoking room after we got a smoking room and they gave us a much better room.

Our superior room was furnished in a modern style and had all the amenities that we could ever need. For a couple travelling together, there was enough space to comfortably relax, with plenty of extra room to move around without tripping over each other.
One thing I didn’t expect to be waiting for us on the table was a fruit bowl. It was a nice gesture and just goes to show the staff’s attention to the guest’s needs.
For those who will be taking care of business during their stay, the Wi-Fi was strong and constant.
The bathroom and shower also had good water pressure and a nice supply of hot water.
Every morning a full breakfast is provided with a wide selection of foods that can satisfy even the biggest eaters.
Breakfast included a range of Indonesian dishes, as well as Japanese and Korean. Then there were the usual favourites such as cereals, bread, croissants, jam, juices, and milk.
A selection of teas and surprisingly good coffee from the machine were also available.
For us, Bentani Hotel Cirebon was not just a hotel but a comfortable home away from home during the time we were there.
Although we had plenty of activities planned during our visit, every time we returned after a long day exploring the staff at Bentani Hotel Cirebon always stopped what they were doing to say hello.
Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, not just the ones we had contact with but also those who work hard behind the scenes to help make our stay perfect. All those smiles and good mornings didn’t go unnoticed!

4 star hotel with 6 star- service. It was an absolutely pleasant stay with Bentani Hotel. The staff are always smily, when you walk by they would stop and smile at you/ say hello. When we dine in their restaurant, the staff remember your preference with your coffee, or snack! I was very impressed with their staff quality and manner. also they got 24 hours restaurant, good wifi speed, free transportation to the city center or town.
will for sure book with them when i ever come back or even want a holiday break! :)
