This is an overpriced dorm house for student of binus university. The electricity is limited and the bathroom is inconvinience. The room is small. The suttle bus waited too long. The only good thing about this place is the wifi connection

Great place for Binusian to stay. It has a good facilities like swimming pool, billiard, ping pong table, canteen, and many more. And even got some international student inside.

It gives you a quite good accommodation including dormitory of your preferable size, decent internet, swimming pool, gym, cafeteria, pool table, mini market, café, laundry service, printing service, and lounge. The downside is sometimes one of the accommodation might broke and they won't have it fixed until you complain. Also (of course) the fee increase every year.

Vaping and Smoking is not allowed. So yeah, bored to hell.
Edit: I would like to say, there is a lot of things that makes this place doesn't deserve it's current 4 star rating. Please do not make this place looks good as it is truly is bad.
