The reception and lobby area looks good. Until you sit down.. then you are bombarded with mosquitoes. The rooms are dirty, the aircon doesn't cool properly and the bathrooms are in a bad place as well. The reception staff refused a simple request to call the uber driver on their local phone as I was on international roaming. Overall, i would recommend to avoid this place. Also, it's definitely not 3.5 stars.

Good for the price I got, comfortable, close eateries (especially Middle Easterns, surprisingly) It's showing its age, though.
