Dropped by to get some travel instance and was promptly served as it was quite deserted. Took about 20 minutes to finish the transaction.
Service personnel was courteous but gave an exchange rate that was different from the rate charged at the cashier. I didn't point it out as it was not a significant amount but they need to coordinate such things.
I was offered a choice to pay in USD or IDR for the insurance and because I was given a pretty good exchange rate I opted to pay in IDR. The rate charged by the cashier was higher than the one quoted by customer service.
