Mungkin Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Jakarta Selatan yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu No.17 ini tidak memiliki sumber daya manusia untuk mengempati posisi Operator Telefon. Tercantum Nomor Telpon namun sejak pagi tidak ada yg mengangkat, nada tersambung namun tidak ada yang merespon. Bahkan seperti di reject beberapakali. Jadi fungsi adanya pesawat telepon disitu apa ya?

I'm not generalize every goverment service, but its always have something that makes me dissapointed. First time here and i dunno where i should go and where i should wait. The information is not clear and the security is not friendly. If you want to go here make sure you go early, counter queues start at 7 and its already crowded.

BPJS is socializing their insurance program, system and regulation. It is very good for us to know how to fill the company's need.
