Old building but clean and maintained well. Security and FO staff are nice. Great area to live.

A nice place to live with family. It is strategically located, surrounded with clean and well-maintained pavements, fish pond, and greeneries. A huge podium area stretched from the 1st to 17th tower, providing a lot of open-air space with jogging track, playground, garden, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts. It is also easy to find fresh produces/groceries as there are some neighborhood grocery shops within the area. I also love how the apartment units here have big windows and doors that allow good circulation of sunshine and fresh air.

It is a residential building. Though it is old, it is still well maintained. If you are Indian, then it is one of the best place to stay. Cost wise , it's not that costly.

Best location in Jakarta, well equipped. But as an old building it needs better maintenance. Elevator is dirty especially the one to go to basement/parking area.
