Nice local restaurant. It is very cheap and a lot of locals come here so it's a good sign. The waiters sont speak English but one of the locals will be happy to help you translate the menu :)

Decent local meals. 24 hours open. By the city's riverside. Its gimmick is its location, literally a bit under a bridge.
