Good service. The room also nice. Awesome swimming pool with spa service. But the water is not so clean.

The staffs are friendly. The hotel is quiet and clean. Nice to relax here or write a book. It has small swimming pool with nice fountain.

The hotel is outdated. The room we were staying was so cold but the air conditioner's temperature cannot be set higher or lower, and one room even has a broken switch. The toothbrush was so bad (though we are not expecting too much). The shower handle was too high to be reached for me (as i am 160 cm). The last day we were at the hotel, the corridor was filled by standing bed (maybe they were sunbathing them?) But it was not a good view haha. And at night, we could hear the voice from another room.

Very dirty room with big hole on the curtain, dirty towels & blanket, much stains on the carpet and coffee stain on the mugs. The bath tub is too high for jump in & don't know how the water can come out from the bath room into the room. The breakfast was not special either. How could this kind of hotel claim that they are 5 star hotel? Never ever goin back to this place!! Worst 5 star boutique hotel ever!!!
