Loved the hotel, but more than anything, loved the staff, they are absolutely lovely! Both restaurants are also nice, saved us when we didn't know where to go for a meal in this busy city

The rooms are beautiful. The food in the chinese restaurant Ching San is mouth watering. We didn't expect to find such authentic Chinese cooking. It surpasses many Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. The chef's recommendations were great. The service was excellent. The price was very reasonable. It surpassed our expectations! We had a wonderful time, we ate there 3 nights in a roll and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel really deserves a five star rating. We enjoyed the beautiful new rooms at "The Level". Great central location and fantastic service. Food was lovely, a great place to spoil yourself!

The swimming pool is shallow and too small for swimming, designed for kids and family paddling around. The shower cubicle is not watertight we always ended up with a very wet floor. Good gym facility and restaurant. Breakfast is really good too. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
