Trainer ramah dan harga bersaing, apalagi kalo daftar rame-rame. Banyak kelas macem zumba, abs, muaythai, sama TRX. Recommended if you want to get fit.

Tempatnya lengkap ada sauna dan macam macam alat alat.
Namun tempatnya sempit walau ada 3 lantai.
Harganya juga cukup mahal

Good place to build your body, not really expensive. Only 190k IDR you get 1 month service included complete tools, there are treadmill, cycling, sauna, shower and also trainer for free or intensive. You must pay the trainer if you want to get an intensive exercise. But it is not big space, especially at 4-7 PM there will be so many people coming. I suggest to come at morning 7-9 AM or 7-9 PM.
