Better than average hotel but a tad pricey for solo travellers
Near to attractions. Avoid going to Iran during Nowruz festival in March, google for exact dates. No food. Quiet.

The room is not clean. WIFI is only available near the router. If your room is far side of the hallway... its a dead spot. Restaurant is very small.

Very nice hotel and the staff is so nice and polite. Also breakfast was so good for a 1⭐️hotel. Clean & tidy rooms. Again all the staff were very good.

Staff were friendly and very helpful when wanting to know how to get somewhere. good location for historic palaces etc, right near Hassan Abad metro, breakfast was nice.
