I've been a patient for the past twenty years since they were located on Grand Parade Street. After the retirement of an excellent doctor there in 2016, I've noticed my consultation times have reduced significantly to the point where I feel I'm rushed out the door. It's a bit like that TV quiz show "Countdown". I understand we all have to make a living but please, a bit more time to listen to patients.
