I have loved my unlimited package for the month of August. I really feel the benefits of 4/5 classes a week. The reformer really helped me to ensure my core is engaged during the movements. All movements can be simplified or made difficult. Pilates has made a positive impact on my equestrian riding as a strong core is needed for long time spent in the saddle for 3 to 4 hours

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT Here!! Sian, Lee and the girls are all fabulous instructors. The classes are always a challenge and never boring. The individual attention and dedication to ensuring you complete each exercise accurately, has definitely catapulted me into feeling like a new person.... and all in only a couple of short months. These workouts are certainly the best you'll get!

Each and every instructor is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but they never fail to create and fun and friendly atmosphere that keeps you coming back! The gorgeous studios are just the icing on the cake!

Really enjoying the reformer and barre classes at Elite Pilates. The instructors are fantastic. I'm already feeling stronger. Would definitely recommend Elite Pilates to everyone.

I started taking classes about 4 months ago and immediately loved it. All of the Instructors are fantastic. The class size ensures that everybody gets attention. I'm generally not into taking classes as I prefer to swim but I'm hooked. Keep up the great work!
