Superb, well equipped gym. Wide selection of lifting gear in excellent condition: power cage, plenty of barbells, dumbells, machinery and fractional weights are available. Anyone considering Starting Strength or Stronglifts will be happy to know your equipment needs will be fully met here.
Prices are the best in Cork from what I can see and Kacper is a friendly and standup guy.
