Very poor service. Ordered a taxi for 18:50. Didn't arrive. Called them to ask where they were to be told that they didn't know how long it would be. When I said what was the point of me calling them if they were not gonna arrive. The person that answered the call hung up. I had to order another taxi to come and collect me. Absolutely appalled and disgusted with the treatment. Never will use this taxi service again. I'd give them a 0 star if I could.

Horrific customer service, tried to get a taxi and was told there was none at the moment and when I tried to book it for later I got hung up on. Completely ridiculous

I've booked twice (one by person, one by email) for the airport in the early morning and the taxi always arrived 10 min earlier then schedule. Good service.

Booked a taxi to pick us after travelling Dublin-Cork. No one came. And when I asked why, the guy on the phone said he had no one, and was to busy to advise of the delay...

I have never written a review for a taxi company before but I had to for this company. I got a taxi very late at night and the driver was so nice. He even insisted on waiting until he saw me enter my home. So kind and considerate. Definitely the best taxi company ever!
