Super nice people, checked the "stray" we found in our backyard for a microchip free of charge. Turns out the cat has a home around the corner and is just an outdoor cat during the day, according to the owner (who will now invest into a collar and name tag).

Expensive-€300 for XRay,different vet charged me €100 for the same thing and he found out what was wrong with my dog
Arrogant-if you don't want to buy their over priced food
Wouldn't recommend,wouldn't come back even for vaccination.

Your response to my review wholly backs up my opinion of how unprofessional you are.In addition to what is written below I have been contacted with an abusive message on FB from an anonymous source and reported to Garda.When I got the FB message warning about CSPCA I immediately contacted the CSPCA myself and requested they come out to my house.Their inspector approved of what he saw in all respects.We live in a large house with a garden not a second floor apartment as you have falsely claimed.I encourage you to contact the CSPCA to check this as they all know about your case and the way you have reacted.Furthermore I have contacted previously the Great Dane club of Ireland and their Vice president visited us.Neither she,the CSPCA or my current vet,found any evidence of muscle wastage,underweight etc like you claim above.I knew this to be the case of course but given what you wrote it was nice to have it corroborated by 3 independent experts.
The 'medicine' I showed you is a joint supplement imported from Canada,suitable for horses and large dogs.You seemed very angry about this which is puzzling unless you take into account that you didn't get to sell me supplements yourself and make money.The pattern continued then when we didn't want to buy your food which you were reselling.You do realize I have a right as a consumer to buy dog food from zooplus.ie?They are cheaper for the same brands and deliver to my door for free,it's a logical decision.
What you said then about me injecting Leon was particularly shocking and slanderous.I would never attempt to inject my dog no mind import any vaccines,I can't imagine that is legal or even possible.
In fact going through your response the only thing which is actually in anyway factual is that Leon doesn't have current paperwork of his medical history.The reason for this is that Iva the original owner(who was present with me in the first visit)is going through a divorce and moving house and she lost the paperwork.Perhaps you are getting confused between us but it was around that time that I decided to take on the commitment of Leon and all that entailed in terms of time and expense.Iva herself after going through all which she has on a personal level then had to experience Garda arriving at her house to inspect for dog abuse.A situation which was very traumatic for her 7year old son.Garda were then redirected to my house and met Leon and I and like with the experts above concluded there is no issue here whatsoever.
So let me sum up,I left a review about your clinic which was my honest opinion of how I was treated.You in turn wrote a lengthy response which was full of conjecture and lies.A response which repeatedly mentioned expense which I found very ironic given how much you tried to push your own food and supplements on me.You also repeatedly mentioned Slovakia,which is not my country but nevertheless I found the insinuations being made that somehow everything from SK was of suspect quality to be borderline racist.A baffling attitude when you take into account your vet is also from EU,not Irish.Furthermore the response made various false claims about the nature of my character and own reputation as a loving,kind and experienced dog owner.Then finally the most damning of all was that it was not left at that.I can't prove it but all evidence points to you being the source of the abusive FB message and the call to Garda.A scenario I should also point out was proven to be a serious waste of Garda time and resources.Right now I simply wish to move on,I have options here in terms of infringement of my rights as a citizen and a consumer but after a very stressful few months I'd rather draw a line under this.However if I am harassed again in any underhand manner you can be assured I will avail of all appropriate legal actions in return

My wife is always very conscious when it comes to our lovely puppy. Thank god we've found this nice clinic. The staff is very open and also careful when it comes to providing sensitive information. I was happy and my wife also was. I'd recommend this clinic as it is for sure the best place in cork!

Best clinic from every perspective. Starting with friendly personal, clean place and excellent consultation. I really felt like my cat is in good hands here and trusted this clinic right away. Can only recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for a great place for their animal in Cork.

Nothing but the best from start to finish. Met with Dr. Dimitri who was caring and professional from the beginning. Without hesitation I booked one of our little girls in to have her checked over. She was showered with attention in the quiet calm surroundings of the clinic, and became quite the little favorite. Can't recommend the team highly enough. They are calm, quiet, and very thorough and do most certainly care about animals.
